If you do not have the necessary knowledge or resources to carry out the improvements with your own team, our engineering team can carry out these improvements together with you, and the risk reduction work can be managed by our expert and certified project managers.
What Concept Safety Design provides:
- A detailed description of the risk reduction measures required to mitigate risks arising from identified hazards on the machine.
- In necessary areas, a recommendation for the required performance level according to EN ISO 13849-1 PLr for each new safety function or safety function upgrade.
- Recommendation of appropriate safety devices that meet the required safety functions.
- Specifications of the ESPE device to be used.
- Drawings, graphics, and images included in the concept.
