Categorization of Your Machines According to Risk Score Analysis:

Approximately 1 hour of field work per machine

In the Machine Safety Assessment, the primary goal is to ensure that your machines can be used safely. It can be completed in about 1 hour per machine, and the result report can indicate which machines are at which safety level and which ones require revision.

The report identifies potential hazard areas and shows where and how more detailed inspections should be conducted. The report also includes a risk scoring analysis. This analysis identifies the most dangerous elements of the machines.

What We Do:

Our safety consultant visually inspects each machine and completes checks in accordance with basic occupational health and safety criteria. Additionally, they gather information about the machine's operation from your machine operators and production managers.

The resulting official written report shows you the following:

• The machine's suitability for safe use
• Which machines have the CE mark and for which machines it will be required
• Hazards on the machine, the recurrence status of each hazard, and the overall hazard levels these machines pose to users
• Reporting of the highest hazards we foresee on the machines according to the risk score,
